FEAR OF BEING SEEN

BE SEEN RITUAL BATH

What is fear of being seen? Where does it come from?
It’s easier to stay hidden than to be seen. A fear of being seen is firstly a fear of seeing ourselves and secondly a fear of letting others see us. It takes much bravery and courage to go deep within to know your shadow, your worth and your strength. However, facing it all objectively with a desire for wisdom is how we gain confidence and trust in our internal knowing.
You trust in love and the protection and courage that love gives you enough to follow that internal knowing and go do what it is you know you need to do for you, which is the same as what you need to do for this human family.
The only difference is: one shift in perception is happening internally and the other externally. Yes, you may need to be seen by others in a seemingly large or small way in order to do this work. But it is not really you doing it. It is the power of love working through you. And so it is the power of love that is being seen. Let love protect your Human Being. Protect yourself by loving yourself. And love yourself by knowing yourself.
Let love shine from within you and radiate unto the world.
The true master, the true healer, is love.

RITUAL BATH:

INGREDIENTS:

At least one cup of Epsom salt

A citrine or topaz crystal

Five drops of rosemary essential oil and five drops of rose essential oil

A pot of tea made with fresh or dried rosemary (usually found in your spice rack)

A handful of red rose petals

Two or three cinnamon sticks

Add in any other ingredients that you may desire. Coconut milk or oat milk is a lovely addition also any non-water soluble crystals you may have.

If you are bathing:

Begin to run your bath. Turn down the lights in the sacred space you are creating and light some candles. Add all the ingredients to your bath (found below). Take a moment to clear your energy by waving a selenite wand around your body starting from your core and moving it out to your extremities, taking a little extra time in the physical or emotional places where you feel you are stuck, raw or weighed down. Next, wave the protecting smoke of a light cinnamon stick around your aura. Place your hands over the water of your bath and say, “the true master and healer is love” three times. Turn on the first audio file. Step into the bath and dunk your head under the water. Come up, close your eyes and place the citrine or topaz crystal on on your solar plexus. Take two breaths in through the nose and one breath out through the mouth in a continuous rhythm. Take a rest from the breathing exercise when you need to or let it go completely if it doesn’t feel right for you. After listening to the first audio file, take a few moments of silence and then play the next one. You can also alternate between the two each time you practice this B.Y.O.H.

Light a candle. Cleanse your aura with the smoke of a burnt cinnamon stick. Then place hands over the water and say, I am unafraid to live in the power and presence of my truth, three times. Step into the bath and dunk your head under the water. Begin.

If at anytime you begin to feel unwell, simply step out of the bath. For pregnancy, we recommend consulting your care provider about bath and essential oils, and skipping the breathing exercise.

If you are laying down:

Find a comfortable place to lay down. Turn down the lights and light a candle next to a small bowl of water with a crystal in it to represent all the elements. Take a moment to clear your energy by waving a selenite wand around your body starting from your core and moving it out to your extremities, taking a little extra time in the physical or emotional places where you feel you are stuck, raw or weighed down. Next, wave the protecting smoke of a light cinnamon stick around your aura. Hold your citrine or topaz crystal in your left hand, and place any other crystals you may want to use on your body or in a circle around you (for example: if you are yoga mat place all your crystals around the border of your mat). A small crystal placed on your third eye underneath an eye pillow can also be lovely. Turn on the audio file. Begin to breath at your own pace taking two inhales through the nose and one exhale out of the mouth, finding your own rhythm and releasing the breath if it feels like too much for you. After listening to the first audio file take a few moments of silence and then play the next one. Or alternate between the two each time you practice this B.Y.O.H.

If you are listening/walking:

Simply omit the breathing and spiritual tools. You can take this Medicine anywhere!

We recommend listening with headphones because that is how the sound will travel the best.

B.Y.O.H. has an accumulative effect. The more you listen and practice the rituals, the more inspired you become to do your own healing work and live a balanced life.

FOR DEEPER PROTECTION

We recommend these practices from the waxing half moon, through the full moon, till the waning half moon. This is a period of time when we can feel either very protected or extremely vulnerable. By the new moon, these practices will help you to set intentions to allow yourself to be seen.

Journaling Exercise

Imagine yourself surrounded by a brilliant green golden light which supports you with all the protection and love mother nature has to offer. From this supported place, she asks you what it is within you that you’ve always had? Write how this light of yours — the light that has always been — can work to help the healing of our human family and yourself.

Protection Ritual

If you are feeling deeply afraid of being seen because you feel you are being sent bad energy from another's ill intentions, this ritual can help neutralize and block their energy from entering your auric field. Please keep in mind that in addition to this ritual, there is still groundwork to be done. We are all each other’s teachers, and in order to truly break the energy from being sent to you, take some reflection time to look at what you have learned from this person. Learn the lesson so that you can break the cycle of the same lesson being channeled through different teachers and circumstances for you.

Ingredients

  • An organic fiber bag

  • One object that represents each element to you. For example: a stone for earth, a feather for air, a small vessel or chalice of some kind for water, a piece of red or orange fabric for fire.

  • An object that feels precious to you. For example: a lock of your hair (most powerful) or a crystal you love.

  • A written letter of gratitude to the one sending you negative energy. State and honor the wisdom they’ve given you through this experience.

Ritual

-Place all ingredients in bag

-Make a fire in a fire safe place

-Call in the energy of all the elements

-Release the suffering by saying:

“I’m ready to release the suffering that not integrating the wisdom of this pattern that has manifested through different teachers for me has caused myself and others. I’m ready to move forward in my life all the wiser with a deep respect and love for the universe which has provided me with this opportunity to grow. After all, I am here in this life to grow more wise, more clear and more balanced in the light of love to pave an easier way for myself and all the future generations of the collective consciousness. I give this talisman, as an offering of gratitude for the wisdom I’ve gained. As I release it into the fire, may any dark energy that is being sent my way consciously or unconsciously, be transformed by the flames into love.”

  • Offer the bag to the fire

  • Watch it burn

  • After the fire, bury remaining stones in the earth as if you are planting the seeds of rebirth after the transformative fires of destruction. What is it you are planting? What are you allowing to grow?

-Get some friends together and go sing karaoke.

-Have honest conversations with loved ones to allow yourself to be seen in all your relationships.

-See others. Give heartfelt compliments. Help those in need.

-Leave extra time to walk to work, to meetings, to dinner to meet friends etc. to allow yourself to be seen

-Open the door and hold it for those coming behind you while smiling!

-Say yes to social events that you might otherwise turn down.
