Over the past twenty plus years in facilitating my unique healing offering, Medicine Readings, I have noticed a pattern in my clients who feel very distracted, have a hard time seeing what is right in front of them or getting things going, have a need to harness the element of fire within themselves.
The rituals and healing practices I prescribe to assist folks in being their own healers are always different but there are some teachings and practices that are so universally healing, it feels right to offer them to a larger group of people rather than my traditional (and beloved) one to one way of working.
Day 1 • Wield Your Fire
Sacred Sexuality & Sex Magic
Transforming Sexual Wounding
On day one, we are going to dive right in with a thought provoking discourse covering sacred sexuality from Deborah’s perspective. We will go over the fun topics like sex magic, but this will be incredibly potent for those who carry any kind of sexual wounding and outdated power struggle narratives that they are ready to transform.
It could be that a big part of the sense of feeling distracted can come from layers of untransformed aspects of our past, especially our sexual past. Fire helps us to see past illusions, transform what is no longer needed, and harness our rambling minds so we can focus and see things through to completion. We will end with a fire ritual for purification, healing, and wholeness.
Day 2 • Spellwork
The Spells You’re Already Casting
How Fire Can Cast a Hypnotizing Spell
Clarifying Your Inner Vision
Ok, Illuminated One, now that we have aligned ourselves with true power, let’s get witchin’! Today we will learn how to practice truly healing spell work by working with the element of fire. You may be surprised by the ways you have already been casting spells! We will also take a look at how fire tends to cast a hypnotizing spell on us and how this natural phenomena can help us with inner vision.
For this class, please be prepared to do some light movement.
Day 3 • Honoring Fire
Collaborative & Creative Ceremony
Inner Vision, Seeing Energy & Finding What’s Lost
Today we will honor everything that fire has given us in a collaborative and creative ceremony and work a bit more with inner vision, seeing energy, seeing what is in plain sight, and finding what is lost (even if it is yourself). Time will be reserved toward the end for a Q&A.
Please have a journal and pen or art supplies of any kind handy.
